Friendly is built on the principle that genuine, comfortable conversations thrive only in an atmosphere of mutual respect, trust, and absolute privacy. These Community Safety Guidelines outline our expectations for all platform participants.

1. Zero Tolerance for Harassment and Abuse

Friendly strictly prohibits any behavior that demeans, harasses, bullies, or intimidates another user. This includes offensive verbal attacks, aggressive behavior, hate speech targeting race, gender, sexual orientation, or religion, and non-consensual graphic commentary.

2. Respecting Boundaries & Consent

• Mutual Consent is Essential: Always respect other users' personal boundaries. If someone wishes to end a call or disconnect, respect their choice.
• No Explicit Solicitations: Unsolicited explicit acts or pressure for sexual content during video calls are strictly prohibited and result in permanent banishment.
• No Off-Platform Coercion: Never pressure other users into sharing external personal phone numbers, home addresses, or financial details.

3. In-App DRM & Anti-Screen Capture Enforcement

Friendly protects both callers by blocking screenshots and screen recording directly within the application. Attempting to evade these protections via root modifications, external camera lenses, or emulator hacks to capture another user without their explicit knowledge and written consent is a severe violation that will result in immediate law enforcement referral.

4. Protecting Your Own Safety: Best Practices

• Keep Personal Identifiers Private: Never share sensitive details such as your physical address, banking passwords, OTPs, or government IDs.
• Use the In-App Blocking Tool: If another user makes you uncomfortable, tap the Block button immediately to permanently prevent further contact.
